They were able to schedule in timely fashion, and made the removal and delivery as easy as possible. This was a rather large rug, placed under a king size bed and they were perfectionists in laying it correctly. He made suggestions on where we could keep the pads and where they had to be replaced he even gave me a great recommendation for a company to clean my hardwood floors! They came in with the proper equipment and pretreated, scrubbed, and then cleaned the basement carpeting making it look almost brand new.
